About me
I have 3 beautiful children, a daughter age 13 and twin boys age 11. I work for myself in the childcare industry, and am so busy that I lack inspiration for teatime (and lunch actually!) We are all vegetarian which causes me difficulty with trying to fill the food groups for 3 growing young people. We eat far too much cheese! I would love to experiment more with beans, soya and tofu, and to be able to present it to my children and know that they are not going to say "yuck". Any help would be much appreciated
