About me
I enjoy trying all sorts of food, but most of all I like old-fashioned comfort food, lots of herbs and spices and Chinese. I have a food blog, which has become I bit of an obsession. I'm always running with a camera and staging photos of lunch. I'm "married with cats" or "childless by choice" whatever is the popular catch phrase right now. I work from home, giving me lots of time to cook experimental things for hubby, which is a bit of a novelty for me. I also love eating out and there is a Chinese restaurant nearby...a cruel combination. My other hobbies are cross stitch, dollhouse miniatures, and computer games. I recently lost fifty pounds and I have twenty to go. I'm still on the lookout for healthy ways to replace some of the things that I stopped eating. Currently, I am on the hunt for low calorie pie crusts and baked chicken that is as good as fried. I'm looking forward to meeting lots of new people bearing recipes.
