About me
I love all things food--reading, buying, thinking, talking, smelling, let alone cooking--so this forum seems to suit me to a tee. I'm a single Aussie (and happy to be that way, too!) who is interested in all healthy, yet tasty, food and hope to learn heaps about other countries' cooking styles. I hope to be able to tempt others to try some of our ways, too! Time differences may well be the biggest barrier here, so please be patient! Oh, and thanks for reading this!

Hi P133, I would love to be your friend and hopefully you could send me your recipes and techniques in cooking. I' still new to this so perhaps you can give me some ideas.

Chopped parslet sounds great in the meatloaf... thanks for the tip... will certainly give it a try..

Thanks for the feedback regarding the fudge recipe. I hope you will love it. The recipe originally came from my mother who made it every Christmas season and I have continued the tradition. What I like about it is that it always has come out perfect and you don't have to use a candy thermometer. Let me know how it turns out.

Sorry for the repeat, something is wrong with my laptop, cant delete those accidentally created one.

Thanks for comment

Pea And Ham Soup
Cooks in about an hour or so on the stove if you're in a hurry. You'll have to soak the peas overnight, though. I love pea soup.

Ww Steak And Mushroom Pie
Looks LOVELY! Now cornflour = cornstarch here in good ole Illinois, correct?!

Thanks for the posting! Colleen, Naperville, IL.

White Chocolate Cheesecak
I've never made a white chocolate cheesecake before but have wanted to. Your recipe sounds wonderful. I am just bookmarking it for future use.

Eggplant Lasagna
I have been looking for a recipe for eggplant. This one I will try.

Ww Steak And Mushroom Pie
