I love all things food--reading, buying, thinking, talking, smelling, let alone cooking--so this forum seems to suit me to a tee. I'm a single Aussie (and happy to be that way, too!) who is interested in all healthy, yet tasty, food and hope to learn heaps about other countries' cooking styles. I hope to be able to tempt others to try some of our ways, too! Time differences may well be the biggest barrier here, so please be patient! Oh, and thanks for reading this!
