About me
I love to cook but often don't have the time to make the things I want to! I love soups, especially Pho! I enjoy having friends over for dinner and cooking for them. Thanksgiving and Christmas time are great because it is an excuse to make and fuss over a large dinner - and there's turkey! As well, I play bagpipes and work in a Scottish and Irish store which carries alot of imported British food. One of these days I will make haggis.......

Pho is vietnamese soup, and there are many different kinds. Beef, chicken, pork, shrimp. Its usually a broth with veggies, noodles and a meat.
