The pumpkin cake looks divine! Some of my favorite recipes have come from community oriented cookbooks that have unusual recipes in them. Also in the U.S. I used to pick up these small cookbook like brochures by the checkout. They would only cost a few dollars but some of my favorites have come from those booklets.
