I am married to a wonderful man and have one girl.My daughter is 25 year old and is now living in Texas. I really like going over there to visit her. I lived in Michigan all my life. Me and my husband like to cook. Lately he been doing it more than me. That ok . I am been looking for some new recipet to cook. I can see that on this site I will get some good ones. Last year someone I use to work with started me in quilting. I really like to quilt. I am not good at it yet maybe some day I will be.

Hi PizzaQueen. It was nice of you to pop by the recipe I posted for Chicken Soup From My Mother-in-law. I use a regular boiler/fryer chicken and as mentioned in the recipe, I use boullion cubes or OXO chicken flavouring in the packets. They always seem to do the trick. If you would rather use chicken broth in the can, then by all means feel free. It's all up to the individual preparing the soup. I hope you enjoy the results.

Hi pizzaqueen, I've been quilting for Many (20+) years. I always have at Least 10 projects going at once. I especially enjoy needle turn applique, although I've used lots of different techniques. One whole room in my house is dedicated to fabric, thread, books and magazines.
