    Baby Artichokes:
    There is no particular use for the water as it was added just to cover the chokes in baking (if necessary). Could be saved and used for a lemon sauce. Make a paste of flour additional lemon and the liquid...add spices of your choice.

    soooo good! I LOVED it! and I love the way plot thickens writes out the recipe, made me laugh a few times! I used bone in chicken breast instead and opted for a reduced fat yogurt cuz i am supposed to be eating healthy these days but a full fat yogurt would have been much better. sometimes you just have to go for it!

    Eyep! Turkey, duck, it all works. This was actually first developed for turkey, and then cut down for a chicken's lesser poundage. Just ramp it up... and for a really big turkey, I use a garbage bag in a large cooler, cradled in ice.

    I'm with you on the artichokes..I absolutely adore them.
    On the artichoke dip, honestly I've never had chard in my life, but don't see why you couldn't give it a shot. Let me know how it turns out!
