About me
I am currently an out-of-work computer technician. That gives me plenty of time for cooking - which I love to do. At this time, I'm trying to learn about pacific rim food. (I also love Italian, Mexican and American.) After I get bored with the pacific rim, I think I'll move on to Indian. Any thoughts out there?

Thanks for the input on the recipe! You could put the garlic in the skillet while the butter is melting, that would work well also, just make sure not to have the heat too hot, you do not want to brown the garlic.
