About me
I am a 23 year old college graduate that likes to cook in my abundant free time since school. I co-teach a class about how to eat for free in the Twin Cities, so I am always looking for recipes that use venison, fish, and local produce and wild edibles. We also glean at a local farm and come back with truckloads of tomatoes, kale, peppers and broccoli, so ideas on how to use that abundance would be appreciated. I also garden and dabble in lacto-fermentation and am always making yogurt, kimchi and kombucha.
