About Me
I HOPE ALL OF YOU HAVE A SAFE AND HAPPY NEW YEAR! I WILL BE AT HOME GETTING OVER THIS COLD. I WILL BE LOOKING FORWARD TO A WAY BETTER 2010! CHEERS!
I have been cooking since I was a small kid and realized that I made people smi le with everything I cooked. I would like to create a cookbook and I am not sure when it will be in print but it will be. I'm not in a hurry to rush a good thing.
If you have made one of my recipes and made some additions that have made it your very own, let me know what you did and I'll print it in my upcoming cookbook.
Also, I'm writing another one that I am going to call: "Springboards For Your Imagination".

To tell a little about my background, I grew up either in the kitchen or gathered round the table blessing our dinners my mom and dad put together so lovingly. My grandfather was a chef and my grandmother or Nanny as we called her was an awesome cook that made feasts out of barely anything really. She was amazing and had an absolute love for cooking which I inherited.
My dad took after his dad and although I'm French/Italian I was raised with lots of Italian influences in the dishes that were served. Mom cooked simple but good things like Pork Chops, Tuna Patties, an occasionally we would eat Mama's Tacos, Daddy's Spaghetti, Lasagna and would go out very rarely. There are 6 in my family. I am the youngest and I live next to my parents who are 78 and 83 years old now.
I grew up reading cookbooks like novels dreaming of the time when I could invite people to my house and have big dinner parties. That of course happened and I had lots of good memories that I like to recall when I was married; I also have many more great memories to come!
