As to your comment on my profile page of late, you spoke of pies
    ~ Well then~
As my Uncle Sam use to say to his family,"Greetings, I Want You"
"Dinner is on Sunday,we are having Apple Pie"
    ~and~
    You know what...
It was...and is...and will always be... 'The Very Best'
    ~and~
He gave us the 'Freedom' to call it our very own.
    ~and~
To this day I keep the recipe near and dear to my heart.
    Thank-you
    Kind Regards

I like California a great deal.I have a friend that lives there that my ex-husband and I meet he and his wife while stationed at Travis Air Force Base in the 1970's.We had made several trips to California through the years but not since 1995,when I had the pleasure of sky-diving at Hemet.John use to make fun of me when we stepped off the plane and I would inhale deeply saying I remembered that scent. The cross between ocean and smog of years gone by always made me smile. It's funny how scents can trigger emotions within one that you had thought you had lost long ago.One thing about where we went to visit placed us a couple of hours from the ocean in one direction and a couple of hours to the snow on the mountian tops in another direction. The people that we came in contact with accepted us openingly and would tease me of my accent, always wanting me to say, sure, can't,and oil.I just did'nt get it,did'nt they understand English,Oklahoma style :o)
Thank-you for stopping by and allowing me to tease you with a grain of salt.
Wishing you and your family a wonderful week in the making.
    Kind Regards

Standing here and cleaning my glasses...lookin' at you traffic sign.
Is that a snake with a bonus, or is it bogus?
Someone needs to call the Highway Crew.
    ~but then~
Some people like to see things grow?
    ~ well then ~
Tie that in with your partners hobby
    ~and~
Ladies, when you cultivate those curves, they may be dangerous
    ~but~
    They won't be avoided.
Some people like to dig in the dirt.
A hobby that has become futile, and I have outgrown with my age :o)
    Kind Regards

You stated last evening on my profile page that you have incorporated Equus Ferus Caballus within a recipe or two of yours.
    Me too!
Well now...let me see here pilgrim
I kinda like ya' so I'll lighten up a tad
    ~but~
Just so you know...If I am able to hold a thousand pound horse between my legs...then I don't believe that I would have any problem with you, that is unless you would decide not to move in the right direction, then that would be the call for the spurs
    ~ but ~
Then again...I would have no need to buckle if I had a thoroughbred instead of a knothead culled curd with one hoof away from zoo food...Tiger food
    ~ but ~
Then, there is alot to say about 'Tigers'
    http://youtu.be/hkpT5w1jecI
There would be nothing else needed for the duration except the instinctive nature and drive of the steed by merely lowering the reins, a nudge of a knee,a dig of the heel, tap of the neck,a tug of the mane, and a couple of clicks
    ~so~
In other words You can't make the 'Quarter'
Chew...spit...kicking the dirt clod as I walk away!

    ~ Now ~
    I will be nice...
Do what you love...It's not necessarily a bad thing to be warm hearted and free spirited in a pair of blue jeans, boots, and a stetson slung over the back of a kitchen chair...
    ~but~
Don't underestimate me darlin'.I can go from Lady to Redneck in 2.5 seconds!
Have some sass and don't take any sass...know who you are and stick with it.Sometimes baking a good ole' powdered country biscuits just can't wait...Have the tenacity to break the mold and a few rules along the way.Fill up your life with all the passion that lives in you,all anyone has is the 'now' Learn from the past, then forget it,see the future, but don't be so blinded by it that you can't see the here and now.
Dream big...it does'nt cost a darn thing...but,it sure gives alot of pleasure.
    Called a cowgirl...Good!
Cuz...the definition of a 'Cowgirl' (Noun) A beautiful woman with dirt on her.
Ask any cowboy and you will get..."That's a mighty good find"
    Have a good day!
    Kind Regards
