OMG...in looking at one of your recipes, I saw that you know someone with a corn allergy...I have a friend whose daughter developed a corn allergy a couple of years ago, and age 5. They even had to move...lived near a corn packaging plant! She has a terrible time...the allergy is severe. She has to watch everything from toothpaste to toilet paper! (Who knew there was corn in toilet paper???) I am going to pass along to her that you have been able to substitue cream of wheat in some of your recipes. Thanks for sharing that little tidbit!
