we call them birds in a nest . this is one of my kids favorite ways to eat fried eggs ....while cooking them i add a pinch of salt and a dash of pepper ...and mama needs her h

This is a favorite classic . . . we call it egg-in-the-hole, too. Also, love to melt a slice of american cheese on top as it finishes cooking ~ yummy.
