About me
What can I say about myself, I do wonder......... ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Have been cooking 8 years now. Went from half-raw, half-calcinated, half-carbonised, absolutely inedible food (and casseroles and saucepans burnt too) to 'so good I better not tell others I cook or else they won't let me do anything else' - a total stranger walked into a party I was giving and simply loved the spicy pinapple dish I had made. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Then of course, I feel so delighted when the food I make and share lights up a smile on other people's faces and hearts. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Have been thinking of applying to a professional cooking school, have collected lots of info and am in the process of sorting out my finances, so hopefully sometime next year I should get into one such (Cordon Bleu/similar), and look forward to be 'quailfied' by sometime in 2010.
