About me
I like to keep things simple, "organic" when it makes sense , and Mediterranean or "old world" at times. I'm the guy dipping toasted pita bread in olive oil or tomato sauce while at home. Plenty of fish, lamb, everything from salmon burgers to buffalo burgers to nicer fare. I love comfort food, but avoid dairy as I'm allergic. I break this rule regularly though. Having allergies has one interesting upside - searching out dairy alternatives has helped me develop a couple of fairly unique creations that I plan on sharing here soon.
