About me
I'm a big big fan of good food. I'm an eggatarian. i've just started cooking. so as of now i only follow mom's recipes and traditional indian style cooking. once in a while i do try and experiment with some other cuisines although they are usually a fusion, with indian being a constant. i dig spicy food and i guess thats why i like to use some indian spices in most everything. i'm on my own right now. studying in London, so i get to experiment a lot more. i hope to get as experimental in cooking as i am in eating different foods. i'm interested in the health specifics of what i eat and believe that food has a major role to play in our moods. food can make or break a day. so... as much as i can... i celebrate food!!!
