I love to cook all kinds of dishes, from all over the world. I have 6 grandaughters and 2 grandsons. I should have another grandchild this coming week. I also make vegetarian and vegan food for my daughter.
I love shrimp but am now very allergic to it and coconut so I have to improvise in recipes that call for them.
