What a sweet thing to say...I am always so pleased to help..you are a doll, and I wish only the best for you. I'm still waiting to hear about the bday dinner! :)

Hey Prell... Thanks so much for the friend invitation. I'm so happy that you asked. I'm glancing down at your recipes now as I type and I see from here at LEAST 7 within eye-shot that I'm going to look at later on this evening. The Chocolate Nirvana Cake especially has my attention! =)
Thanks again, and look forward to sharing...
Debbie~

Prell, your page is just gonna be Keni's page ;)...thank you so much for tryin' the Swedish Meatballs...I edited it to say add the beef stock to the meat mixture...thank you so much for pointing that out! Also, I didn't see your question about the slow cooker! I'm sorry, I was barely around for a few days, and I certainly missed several "notices"...anyway, I'm glad you tried it, anyway(did you end up using the slow cooker?) and glad they came out okay for you...and doubling the sauce is great...it all depends on if you want meatballs in sauce or sauce with meatballs! hehehe

I'm gonna spam your profile page, Prell! :) thanks for takin' a look at some of my recipes, and I hope you try one or two! :) The two you commented on are similar, but the Stroganoff Sammich is really nearly a heart attack on a plate ;) it's soooooo rich and so good....so, go for it! Just don't eat anything else the rest of that day...you'll be fine. hehehe...and, for the record, I'd LOVE to cook for/with you...we'd have a blast. Always so happy to see you around.

Oh I just teared up....I'm SO proud when a non southerner(who didn't grow up not knowing that cast iron was the ONLY way to cook in the oven or on the stove! ;) enjoys their stuff. I think, today, I'm gonna go through all my recipes and make a note where I use cast iron...then, maybe go put them in the cast iron group(I think there's at least one, here, I'll have to join), so folks can see how versatile they are...and, as we've discussed, the more you use 'em, the more seasoned they get, therefore even easier clean up and tastes! :) I actually bake cookies on one of my pieces...a nearly flat lid that doubles as a shallow skillet or griddle, actually, by design...it bakes awesome cookies...very similar to the baking stones. :) Enjoy the London Broil....and, I totally understand your work issue...cooking out of obligation takes all the fun out of it...I'm glad you stopped...but I darn sure wouldn't stop takin' my own in! ;)

G'mornin', sweets! :) Great to hear from you, again. No matter the reason, I'm just glad to see you around. I think of you often...cus I use my cast iron, like...daily. ;) Most of my recipes, though it's not required, I actually use one of my cast iron pieces for at least part of it. hehehe..seriously, though, I cook for myself a fair bit, too, so please take a look at some of my recipes...a lot of 'em, even though I give larger serving sizes, I actually made just for myself one weeknight for dinner and to get a pic. Just make sure to cook for just you once in a while...you're worth it! :) (oh and freeze stuff...make a meal, save some in the freezer to send home with boyfriend or child! :)

Prell! It's always so great to see you! Thanks for checking out the Swedish Meatballs recipe...if you try it, please lemme know, and don't be a stranger, stranger! ;)

Your stuffed meatballs sound like they would go over great at a party! I am looking forward to making them. My kiddo will enjoy helping me with that recipe! Welcome to the site as well. Have a great day!
