About me
My recipes are very "off the cuff"...I rarely plan, I tend to not measure unless I'm baking, and a lot of them are based on the things I have at the moment, things I've eaten in the past, or recipes I've read elsewhere. I'm really into finding amazing flavor combinations, and I defintely go through phases when it comes to the ingredients I'm into. Also I'm a vegetarian, though I very rarely will eat fish or shellfish. (And the "self proclaimed expert cook" thing is solely self proclaimed...ha...I love my food) I also run a group cooking/recipe blog called Cooking in Esco (cookinginesco.blogspot.com) that has many of the same recipes I've posted here as well as recipes from my friends.
