I know my profile says Beginner, but am way below that. I just dont have the patience to wait on a pot to boil or for oil to heat. And following instructions for cooking is like setting me in the middle of a desert with some directions on how to get out.. I dont eat pork, or any other weird thing like snake or so... But am always open to new tastes thats good for you. Other than I really do love to eat... I do it all day...
