Hi there! I'm Samantha. I don't know a whole lot about cooking, unless the microwave is involved. I work full time and don't have alot of time for cooking. I'm here to try and find some simple and fun meals to feed my wonderful husband and 1 yr old son. I'm sure they're getting sick of Hamburger Helper by now. LOL!!!
