About me
Well I am a southern girl at heart. I was born and raised in Alabama, so I grew up in the heart if Dixie. I love food, and always have. I have always been a steak and potatoes kind of girl every since I was about 5. I was always made to eat my vegetables. I was left at the table many, many nights to eat them all. Little to my parents' knowledge, I threw them away half the time. lol Well I love vegetables now, (some at least) and I cook them often. I am still a steak and potatoes kinda girl, but I know can appreciate more things. My fiance is Korean, and is deployed right now, so while he is away, I am making it one of my top priorities to learn how to make Korean dishes. I want to surprise him when he comes home. :D I am open for anything, and will try ANYTHING at least once. (unless it tastes like black licorice. EWW) I am looking forward to finding a lot of AWESOME recipes to broaden my bank. My fiance' loves to eat, and I love to feed him, what can I say. :D -Ann:D

I hope you like it! And if you don't like the mushrooms, you can also leave out the cream of mushroom and use cream of chicken instead. It tastes just as good, if not better. Have a happy Thanksgiving!
