About me
I am a vegetarian and love to eat salads, pasta, fruits, veggies, whole foods and reicipes that are healthy low fat and low in sugar. The older I get the more I realize that I can't have the luxury of eating whatever I feel like so try to cut down on portions of foods high in calories and of course eating for health is so important. I love cooking as it is a way of expressing ones tastes and it's like an art picking out ingredients (with and without color) and painting a dish created with love for the person eating the food. I love music (as I own a small music publishing company) singing, golf, cars, animals, surfing, dancing and finding humor in situations. I grew up in an entertainment family and around a lot of humor and music.. Graduated UCLA....Love recipes and food.
