About me
I love to cook. I love cooking more when it's enjoyed by others. My boyfriend eats like a horse so I am lucky in that way. lol. I like trying new recipes and changing the ones I already love to make. "Variety is the spice of life." I do favor healthy recipes but it's good to be naughty every once in a while and bake yummy desserts. Have you ever heard the saying that you should never trust a skinny chef? Well, I think that if the chef is skinny, they are obviously eating healthy. :P

If you want to make this into a loaf of cornbread, it's simple. Just bake for 25-35 mins (depending on the oven).
