About me
I am a working mom of a four and a half year old boy, who is a picky eater most likely due to some recently diagnosed food allergies. this is ironic because i love to cook, the more exotic and complicated, the better! my husband will eat almost anything i make, and i turn down the heat in all dishes because his systems will not tolerate a great deal of hot spice! i love to cook all asian foods, especially japanese and thai, and indian food, north and south. i am italian american and i can also enjoy cooking my childhood comfort foods from the south of italy.
