About me
Over the years with many many mouths to feed, and quickly, due to varying work and school schedules, I adapt, re-create, experiment and just have plain fun with food. With a hectic work schedule of my own and being the only cook in the house speed, flavor and nutrition must the main ingredients. Ethnic foods for all for the weekends (especially from my polish-ukranian heritage) is a must and all my family tries them at least, rather than limit themselves to traditional fares. Regenerating leftovers to another meal is a challenge I enjoy. Failures, yes, but more success from those failures than you can imagine. I really need to write these recipes down!!! In this cold world, want to make a friend, have them sit at your table and sup with you.
