My name is Betty and I love to cook...I collect cookbooks and have to go through them once in a while and get rid of some to make room for new ones :) Anyway I enjoy this site so much and have met so many new friends here. I am an old fashion cook. You know a pinch of this and a pinch of that :) And when my daughter (pictured with me )wants to know how I made something I REALLY have to think about it...I think I need to start writing things down :)
