My name is Betty and I love to cook...I collect cookbooks and have to go through them once in a while and get rid of some to make room for new ones :) Anyway I enjoy this site so much and have met so many new friends here. I am an old fashion cook. You know a pinch of this and a pinch of that :) And when my daughter wants to know how I made something I REALLY have to think about it...I think I need to start writing things down for her :) Just had to show you my Bearded Iris...:)

libraygirl...I would use just the greens for this soup but if the only ones you can find has turnip root in them will not hurt the soup...Good luck...I use McKenzies frozen ch
