About me
I like to cook all kinds of things although I do not eat much meat. My husband is a meat and potatoes guy, so I don't get to experiment on him much, but he loves my meatloaf! I love trying different country's cuisines and take a lot of my creations to work for people to try. I work on a farm and live in Amish country, so I buy a lot of fruits and veggies locally. I also like to bake but have trouble finding good yeast bread cookbooks. I have my own herb garden and like to experiment with them in my meals. I sub at my local library so I have acquired more cookbooks than I will admit to from sales there.
