    Hey the sardines are not bad for them, but they are better for them if you soak them in fresh clean water for 30 minutes before giving them to them. Less salt that way!!!

    Hi, glad you liked my horchata recipe, me too, I haven´t had the opportunity to do it by myself, we have done it daily like 4 days in a row, so it´s 100% proven, maybe I would add a 3rd drain, now I did a jello with it, by adding 1 cup of regular milk and 2 Tbsp of unflavored gelatin, hope you like it :)
