About me
I have two growing children, a son and daughter who are the racers on the team. The rest of us are the pit crew and I manage our "hospitality" area - racing is an all day affair. In the off season, I particularly enjoy baking but am exanding my repetoire of meal recipes. On top of this, I work full time as a transplant coordinator - some meals must be prepared ahead of time for my family. I enjoy old Pennsylvania Dutch recipes and searching for interesting kitchen gadgets.
