My husband and I are the hosts of a radio talk show and will be, after 15 years, be retiring at the end of 2008, so I guess it's time for me to think about making decent meals again! I get up at 3:40 in the morning, so frankly I'm usually too tired to even consider being creative by dinner time. So, I've been trying to cook on the weekends and SURPRISE...I'm enjoying it!
