    Hi (again) Rakista! Thank you for letting me know how the Green Onion Ginger Chicken turned out! I like some of your changes, I have to say; poaching the chicken, as the recipe directs, tends to keep the flavours very clean & pure. I can only imagine that stir-frying the chicken (with or without tofu) and scraping up all those lovely caramelized bits with sake, would take this one to yet another dimension! Thank you; I'll try it the next time!! :)
