Made 3 times before I weaned out all the small troubles.
Good flavor. Crust is too tough for my liking.
See Classic Sourdough Bread for more.

This is the same recipe from the Stoneyfield Farms site, and I've seen it on many different sites as well, but to my knowledge not many people can get it to work correctly. I, for one, came out with the very runny version. I tried adding more sugar, and it still was too then I added some cream cheese icing that I had made. It was thicker but still not enough to actually cover the pretzels. I sure wish I could find a recipe out there this isn't this one. :(

Is this recipe too sugary, because I want to make it for a Christmas party.

Recipe was off. Too runny - it came off the pretzel. Had to add 2 additional CUPS of sugar. Then put them in the oven and even more came off. And the recipe was RIDICULOUSLY LARGE.

Greetings Raven! Thank you for inviting me to be your cooking friend... an honor which I gladly accept!

I'd love to hear about where you work and what you do there... it sounds very interesting -- when I was in college I worked at a high-end market also, but was just a lowly stock boy LOL

You have piqued my interest, and now I'm going to have to spend some time browsing through your recipes -- thank you again!

    Bon app├ętit!
