About me
I'm a 45 year old wife, mother and grandmother. My husband Joe owns his own carpentry business(Joe's Custom Carpentry) in Vilas, NC and does custom trim work on high end construction houses and I am his accountant and bookkeeper. We both love to cook and we do most of our cooking outdoors. We love to camp and since we have a boat we more likely than not can be found on Watauga Lake camping on the weekends. I love southern cooking but I have been on Weight Watchers since January so I am always looking for a way to cook the good ole southern dishes without all the fat. My husband doesn't have a weight problem, but I still like to monitor his fat intake. It can't hurt, right?
