About me
I'm a musician with a passion for cuisine. I've been married for little over a year now :) My wife is an interior designer and photographer. I think she married me because I do the cooking...haha...no seriously. I'm a wine nerd. I drink 95% reds. I love good bread and cheese. I mostly live off California-cuisine and Asian fusions. I am a very seasonal eater; I believe that eating seasonal vegetables, fruits and herbs is the only way to go, and I always ALWAYS use the freshest ingredients possible. The recipes I have posted are my own creations. I hope you like them. I love creating delicious food, but more importantly, I enjoy other people who appreciate good cuisine :)
