Just a little about me, I'm not keen on those words Expert Cook, I believe that, like riding a horse...you never stop learning new tricks & idea's to improve your knowledge & skills,I prefer to call myself an Imaginative Cook, willing to absorb others expertise, idea's & knowledge when they are willing to share it with me.
My favourite food is by far SEAFOOD, SEAFOOD & More SEAFOOD, I also love Chinese Quisine, well, come to think of it, I will try just about anything once,I rarely follow recipes, but am guilty of combining many recipe ideas to make an original dish.
I reckon you can't go past the Great Aussie backyard BBQ or cooking over an outback campfire on a clear starry night, I am interested in cultural cooking ideas from around the globe & would love the recipe to make Authentic American Hickory Smoked BBQ Spare Ribs....I just love them!
