Currently lovin' Mexican, Thai, Japanese, American, Italian, etc., etc..

I'm so thrilled you liked it! I am always pretty sketch about baking fish as well. I like it "just done" and anything over is a disappointment. Its a nice light way to serve salmon to retain all the essential nutrients and not add a whole lot of junk.
