    Hi there! Oh yeah I should change that in the recipe, but first here for you: teriyaki sauce: enough so that the chicken is well covered.
    Chili: depends how hot you want it. Oyster 2 tablespoons, soy sauce about 3-4 tablespoons. Cheers

    I'm so thrilled you liked it! I am always pretty sketch about baking fish as well. I like it "just done" and anything over is a disappointment. Its a nice light way to serve salmon to retain all the essential nutrients and not add a whole lot of junk.
