Hello! My name is Rhonda, I'm a 32 year old married mom of two beautiful and very intelligent children! :b I live in Pismo Beach, California and I LOVE to cook! I also love camping, hiking, soccer, reading and The Beatles!! :D I'm a HUGE music fan (but especially of The Beatles, as I already mentioned). I love Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, The Doors, Bob Marley, Cas Haley, David Cook, Matt Costa, Matt Santos... I could go on and on.

I'm so thrilled you liked it! I am always pretty sketch about baking fish as well. I like it "just done" and anything over is a disappointment. Its a nice light way to serve salmon to retain all the essential nutrients and not add a whole lot of junk.
