About me
I cook as a way to get away from everything else in life. I never thought I'd like cooking, but since my wife doesn't like it, the only option was to cook or eat crappy food. Once I found out I could easily make good food, I began searching for easy to make, great tasting recipes. Now, cooking and finding recipes is a hobby. I generally am an ovo-lacto vegetarian, but will eat anything once - it's part of the adventure of life.

Way to much peanut butter. Maybe cut it in half or by 75%. Tasted just like you threw the peanut butter in the sauce with nothing else. Spice level was good.

I tend to always go for the peanut sauces, so this definitely appeals to me - I like the citrus addition of both lemon and lime juices. I hope to make this one soon.
