Hi Lisa, As a matter of fact I did. I thought I wrote you about it already. They weren't very pretty but... but for my first time, I thought I did ok..... ;-)~ Some of the first few I put in broke apart while cooking and made quite the mess.....lol After that, I sealed them up much better and they came out much better. Your spinach chicken filling was killer. A really good combo... I dressed some with EVOO and some parsley and tossed some with an Olivada tepenade. I would like to find a nice light white sauce to dress them with and or fry some. Wish I could give you another 5. Thanks for asking... Hope you are having a great week so far. Jim

Hi Lisa sweetie - and thanks so much for your great rating and comments on my Sushi-roll Rice Salad. You are such a doll!
I hope you enjoyed your kitchen vacation - yayy! I've had inhouse guests since last Saturday and have been in the kitchen way more than usual. I think now that they're gone, I may need a break from cooking - ha! You know, I say that....but I'll right back in there cooking today, no doubt.
I hope you're having a great weekend...I'll catch up with you soon.
Smiles & Hugs,
~Vickie

Thanks so much for your comment on the Mayonnaise Explosion recipe. Thought you might want to check out the spices in the Mrs. Dash Grilling Blend, that is used in the recipe. I just posted them with the recipe. Enjoy. :)

Lisa, thanks for the info. I have been watching how they make pasta on the food channel, (the pile of flour w/ the well in the middle) I will heed your advice about overworking and flouring everything well. I haven't even tried to attach the ravioli maker to my mixer yet....LOL I am going to play with it this weekend. Will let you know if I ended up with bricks, spaetzle, or ravioli.... ;-)~ Thanks again.. Jim

Thanks for the comments on my choc chip-cinnamon chip-oatmeal cookies, Rdh! Hope you found the cinnamon chips and let me know how you like them! My first experience with the cinnamon chips was with pumpkin bread...(i have a picture of that one) it's such a good recipe, and surprises people...ha! The Silpat sheets are a little pricey, so if you find yourself hesitant to buy them, ask for them as a xmas or birthday present!

Thanks for the nice remarks on the chipotle pork and sweet potatoes. How can someone NOT like sweet potatoes? Well, I got 2 men in my family who don't like them either, as you said goofy! When you make this, let me know how you liked it. Thanks.
