About me
I've basically rejected the food of my upbringing; predominantly bland or quick-fix foods that filled up kid tummies without any particular flavor. I inherited a taste for the unusual from my eccentric grandfather, and a lot of my interest in food comes from the desire to not be bored with any part of my life. As a veritable youngster in comparison with most foodies, the majority of my recent attempts have been to simply expand my knowledge of the food world. I'm pretty interested in healthful foods, though I am a sucker for food that just tastes good, even if I'll regret it in the morning. In general, all that I can hope is that there will always be something surprising to try in my future.
