About me
Born and raised in south Louisiana. Loved to watch my mom turn simple ingredients into delicious meals.....she never used recipes....wish I'd watched a little more closer. Really have never eaten anything I didn't like except my wife's meatloaf surprise the first year we were married :-) Enjoy weekends with good food, good spirits and good friends and their ain't nothing better than a big pot of chicken & sausage gumbo, potato salad and french bread on a cold Louisiana afternoon watching LSU beat Ohio State silly for the national championship..:-))) GEAUX TIGERS!!!!!!!
