About me
I enjoy good basic food like soup, stews, casseroles etc. I love making something out of nothing with my leftovers! I have worked in the restaurant industry for 15 years from bus boy to kitchen manager. I truly enjoy teaching children the basic's of cooking with my "Chef Zoopy" after school cooking program and hope to add some videos of the program soon. I also sell cookbooks at fairs and flea markets as a hobby.

I got a black and white tuxedo Maine Coon and the black one in my pic is a petit little manx and a cutie pie tortie and a cutie hodge podge. They keep us all busy catering to their demands.
