About me
I am a self taught cook. I started cooking when I was 21 years old. I have since learned many different styles of cooking, how to choose alternatives, and even used to be a Pampered Chef consultant. I love to cook especially something new! A lot of my recipes are either handed down from family or self proclaimed. I don't write my recipes anywhere, they are all stored in my internal memory bank! Most of my ingredient lists are estimates. I obviously want you to "flavor" the recipes they way you like! As you'll realize, I also like to cook "easy & quick" meals. I am a mom of 2-4 kids depending on the day! I like food that is quick so I can spend more time with the people who mean the most to me!
