OH YEAH .....the younge deer are vert tender and tasty.....i got a big mulie with my Bow this year but got a forked horn..( i think you all call it a 4 pointer) with my rifle it was very tender.
i got a yearling elk in CO....OH man was it tender....only got about 250 lbs meat cut and wraped...but very worth it.
