I am a food-loving Southern girl who practically LIVES at the beach!! My family used to own a surf shop, so we stay at the beach quite often. I love to fuel my passion for food, and I am starting to really like cooking. I ♥ any kind of unique cuisine- African to Algerian, Chinese to Czechoslavackian (that's most likely spelled wrong, but whatev). -Summer

As for the Busy Day cake......When I was making it so much I probably just put chocolate icing on it, or white icing to put strawberries over it. (It was in my teen years...) My mom was the broiled coconut icing maker. That does sound like a good choice!
