About me
I am a self confessed foodie who loves to print recipes. I learned the basics of cooking while taking a 2 year course in high school. M y cooking motto is " Keep it simple stupid". I love southern cooking as well as Asian, Cuban, Low Carb, Gluten Free, Lactose Free and Baking. I love to modify recipes to accommodate my food allergies (gluten/lactose/nuts/pears. Thanks this website and others I have tons of recipes collected over the years. I plan to share and compare.
