About me
I live in Wales, GB. I enjoy cooking traditional Welsh food, casseroles, stews and roasts. I also like stir fries, pasta and experimenting with all types of cooking. We have a large garden and grow a lot of our own vegetables, salads and lots of herbs. I cook for family and friends, and enjoy trying new recipes out on them.
