About me
After my mom was diagnosed with cancer and I started researching herbals & nutrition, a light went on in my head (duh) and I realized how unhealthy I am eating. I don't enjoy cooking yet, but I do have an interest in getting healthy. Also, I have a husband who doesn't really like the whole healthy thing. So, I'm looking for healthy food that doesn't come off as healthy food that's also easy to fix because I'm challenged!
