About me
As my name says, I am a reluctant baker but proficient in most other areas. I am a pretty good savory cook, live in the country with my own herbs outside my door. I am self taught from the world of Julia Child's books and cooking shows (RIP). I am confident in Chinese (heritage), Indian, Thai, Vietnamese, Italian, French, BBQ and make killer cheesecake. I came to GR because of my oldest daughter wanting me to make her BABY SHOWER Cake! I suck at baking and even with your help have decided I need to find a baker. Unfortunately, we live in a very rural area of central California, so I think I am pretty much SOL. I promise to add my proven here as soon as this shower thing is OVER!!. Live, love and eat well!!
