Not really a beginner cook - but just couldn't bring myself to put more when my brother is a chef. we grew up in the kitchen - oh the joys of being Italian. yes, that is my real picture and my husband is the sweet-faced, bearded elfy guy hanging on behind me. married and happy. dedicated student. positive spirit. word nerd. biology geek. carbaholic, cheese fiend, vegaddict. beer drinker. (red) wine sipper. tequila pounder. My husband loves chicken. I mean would eat it at every meal. I mean orders a Denver omelet with chicken instead of ham. Yeah. Chicken. I didn't know how to cook chicken when we met - but I can cook it so many ways now!
